I apologize, my brain is getting fried. I want to scream, "WHY?! Why is it all like this? What is the point?"
Okay, now that's out of my system, let me try to break this down a little bit:
1. I login to Windows with: mailto:mikew@mypersonaldomain.com.
2. My Office is activated to mailto:mikew@mypersonaldomain.com.
3. My Outlook is configured for mailbox mwhalen@myworkdomain.com hosted at Intermedia.
Now, if you're asking if there's a Microsoft account tied to mwhalen@myworkdomain.com anywhere amongst Microsoft's various services? Absolutely.

Gabe_Brattonthe link brings me to a login page. I'm sure it's a matter of not being logged into anything right now due to the fact that I work in IT and I go in and out of client's accounts all the time. Still, what do I login with? My mailto:mikew@personaldomain.com or mailto:mwhalen@workdomain.com?
Fruit of the poisoned tree. That's the phrase that keeps coming to mind.
By the way, and I'm sure it matters not to anyone, I have spent easily two dozen billable hours on this issue that I can't charge for because the resolution is out of my control. Can you understand my frustration?
