abdias_ruiz24 hours has passed, restarted Outlook x2, restarted machine, flushdns and unlike PH_442 I didn't want to wasted an hour of my life talking to support who don't even know that the problem existed, Why does MS support not have access to an internal search, when a problem is reported that you can find on Google?
This is something I found that works for me
in the select next to the search there is an option for Current Mailbox/Current Folder/Subfolders/All Mailboxes/All Outlook Items
if you select Subfolder and do your search it works including the option to search for more items on the server
All Mailboxes/All Outlook Items also work but if you have a lot of mailboxes in Outlook this causes issues with the speed etc.
Or you can rollback to old version that doesn't have this bug
"%ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.12624.20466
but remember to disable updates when done, wait a year and then try the update and MS might have fixed it by then!
Hope this helps
