Here is what I did, shortly after I woke up this morning:
-I tried search in Outlook (which I left open overnight, for better or worse). Same search problem still.
-I closed Outlook twice, keeping it closed for at least 1 minute each time, before re-opening it. Same search problem still.
-I checked for Office 365 updates (via Outlook > File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now), and an update *was* available this morning! I downloaded and installed it, hopeful that this update would fix the problem. After that update installed though, same search problem still.
-Post-Outlook-update-installation, I again closed Outlook twice, keeping it closed for at least 1 minute each time, before re-opening it. Same search problem still.
-Bottom line: Same search problem still.
How do we let someone at Microsoft know that this problem is *not* fixed? Or is that impossible? Can we get a refund on my (and all my affected clients') Office 365 subscription fees, until this (approaching one month long) problem is fixed? Thanks in advance!!
