MicrosoftIt was great when we had Favorites added for Outlook for Mac, but unless I have failed to set it up properly, the developers seem to have missed a critical point. It's essential that those favorites are always visible on the screen. Imagine that the inbox is a favorite and you have a load of themed folders and sub-folders into which you put emails when you have dealt with them. So, you deal with an email, then scroll down to file it away. You then want to go back to the inbox. If the favorites are always visible (as they are in Windows) you can go back to the inbox in a moment. If they have disappeared you have to scroll back through all the folders. I have about 1500 folders, managing all aspects of my business life, and scrolling through that lot is an aggravating waste of time. Since this feature is a normal aspect of the Windows version of Outlook I don't understand why we Mac users can't have it too.
