2 additional functions missing from New Outlook that are an absolute must haves and are not covered by any roadmap items.
- Membership in contact card - Whether in the contact card when directly selecting a user (which is how it is today in Classic Outlook) or view the user from the Global Address Book, the 'Membership' showing all the groups the user is a member of is heavily used, especially in an enterprise environment.
- MRM Tag application at mailbox level - While it is possible to apply MRM (e.g. Archive) tags to individual folders and messages, what is missing is the ability to apply them at the top-level mailbox. Again, another one that is heavily used in the enterprise as people NEED the ability to apply a single or 'default' policy to all folders/messages while having the flexibility to apply unique policies throughout the mailbox folders or messages if desired. Again, another one that is available to do in Classic Outlook that needs to be included.
