Things to look forward to in the new Outlook for Windows

It's good to be informed about news and bug fixes. I and other users would appreciate knowing where to report obvious bugs or potential bugs. There are (too) many possibilities:
Feedback portal:
-Very much feedback
-This is missing a category Outlook new
-Access via web or within the app via "Feedback" (marked as "Private" within the app, only visible to MS)
-There is little feedback from MS

Feedback hub:
-Less feedback
-Category Outlook new
-Little feedback received from MS

Support:
-Within the app
-There is always feedback from MS
-In my experience, defects or errors are not always recognized/taxed as errors by MS.

With the two feedback options, it is unsatisfactory for users if no feedback is provided in response to serious feedback/notifications of errors.

It is also difficult for users to recognize whether it is really an error or a lack of help (the help function and tips within Outlook new are not very extensive).

What is the best way to report obvious errors or possible errors?
