The Outlook new support (Case 2401190040003509) referred to the OWA support (outlook.com).
OWA support (Case 1058977409) is of the opinion that everything is OK. The Windows 11 settings Language and Region must be changed to English / USA.
In principle, it is sufficient to change the language within Outlook new. The two settings "Subscriptions and Text predictions" only work for me in English (United States) and in no other language.
Are there any reasons for this?
These two points are not that important, at least for me. I wanted to point out a possible error to MS. That was very time-consuming and I probably didn't succeed.
