caithart I am sorry that I do not have the exact name of the feature. Prior to today I could open the old Outlook even though I changed to the new Outlook that does not automatically work anymore. The old Outlook had a way to log things like telephone calls and the usage of other Office apps. I trust you know the name of the feature that I am referring to. If not, I will go back to the old program and find it. The feature was very useful (when I remembered to use it) to monitor the time spent speaking to various vendors. Its great advantage was that it had a built-in timer. Microsoft does have an Excel template for phone calls that I will have to convert to an .accdb file.
I see no mention of it in the new Outlook. I believe that it could not be built directly into a Web wrapper program. Are there plans to introduce a similar feature into Microsoft 365 or save us some work by publishing a an .accdb template? Paying for a custom template does not appeal to me. Off the top of my head, I am not sure about how to build a timer for Access, but I will look.
If this is present and I have missed it please let me know.
