Microsoftcaithart Gabriel_Valdez As I understand, Microsoft are going replace Mail for Windows 10/11 classic app with New Outlook as basic mail app for Windows. In our organization we use Microsoft license for education (A1). Until now we were able to use the classic Mail for Windows application to handle our mail without any problems. Unfortunately, after changing to the New Outlook, I get a message that the user is not licensed to use this application.
If the new Outlook is to be a basic mail application in Windows is it planned to make this application available in the future for Microsoft for Education A1 and Microsoft Business Basic, especially for non profit organizations that use this solution?
I must add that this is a bit unfair to users who use Windows, since a basic e-mail application, such as in macOS can handle these accounts without any problems.
