MicrosoftIf what this ghacks.net article says is true (https://ghacks.net/2023/11/10/the-new-outlook-may-give-microsoft-access-to-third-party-emails-and-logins/), that Classic Outlook will eventually be replaced by the new cloud-based app and all our cleartext emails , contacts, and events will be forced to reside in Microsoft's cloud, I'll have to dump Outlook and look for an email provider that affords me the security and privacy of keeping all my data solely and securely on my own computer. The way Microsoft seems to be headed, I may even need to dump Microsoft Windows altogether and use Linux to avoid being compromised by Microsoft's embrace of surveillance capitalism.
Microsoft likely won't change its direction due to my opinion, but I still hope against hope it will try to be less arrogant, selfish, and greedy, and give more respect to its customers.
