I agree if they want to use a web interface instead of COM add-ins, but they don't support and do not offer anything similar to cover the gap as MANY apps most enterprise companies use, and at this time, they aren't supported anymore.

Are you sure about that? As an "enterprise-ready", how can we manage and administer New Outlook on Intune? If we want to choose settings for the users etc...This is something impossible, at least until this moment! Plus, I heard Microsoft saying they want to push New Outlook in Dec/2024 and I'm not sure it's a good move as everything seems beta/preview or as you added "Investigating". I won't mention all the unsupported features as I don't want to be longer and write a book, but anyone can read the other comments.
