shaun kramer - this will use the Microsoft Cloud to sync back to Google. Mobile will sync from Google as well, so you should be covered.
Frank Amoros - you need an Office 365 subscription to get this feature and it depends on your need whether it's Home or Business subscription. Once you get the subscription, you can download the 2016 version of the application from your portal and activate the product with the same subscription account. If you want this feature right away, opt-in to Insider Slow (in the Help > Check for Updates and select Insider Slow in the Microsoft AutoUpdate dialog. Insider Slow is closest to Production and gets 2 monthly updates). We are expediting the rollout of this feature so it should fully be in Production in the upcoming weeks. If you can wait a bit, you can just stay with downloaded version and not opt-in to Insider.
