I am an Office365 subscriber (on MacBook) and am having the same issues as outlined in this thread. I am not on the Insider Program but it looks like Microsoft have rolled this out beyond the Insider Program to the Office365 Subscribers. I updated my Office365 today and now i cannot connect to my gmail via Outlook.
I have tried the workaround mentioned above but that hasn't worked. I have already reached out within Outlook via Help menu > Contact Support (about 4 hours ago from the moment of posting this) and progress is unsatisfactorily slow and no solution identified. Each individual response is taking on average 30 minutes. My day has been wasted. Is there a solution, please?
It looks like Microsoft has been aware of this issue via Insider Program for more than 5 months now (according to this thread). Is there a solution? My day has been wasted.
