Regarding your constructive comments Client the rendering, it isn't the Word engine which does it now, that a good evolution, let them time too improuve it. This is the new free Email Client of Windows. Also, I don't think they design it just for YOU, other people are involved.
The recipient will get pure HTML etc. it will be rendered the same.
They will improve the resizing of images if you leave feedback at the right place and people will vote for it...
However, if it's a question of life and death: you can resize images in Word then paste them in New Outlook

Well Done: The WebView2 components works wherever it is used (in different apps)! Here was yesterday with the Widgets : peculiar behavior, they release the majority of the memory and use 0 CPU ! Promising.
