Hi,
I am needing help understanding importing contacts into Outlook Customer Manager.
I am trying to upload a large amount of contacts into Customer Manager, in "Companies", I have recently discovered that if the contacts have the same company name it may not upload as it looks at it like a duplicate, what I would like to know is how do I get round this problem and what is the best process for uploading contacts both in "Contacts" & "Companies"?
I have some further question I would like some help on understanding:
1) If I upload my contacts under "Contacts" will that information appear in "Companies"?
2) If I take my contacts list and upload it under "Contacts" and if some of my contacts have the same company name, will those contacts appear in "Companies" in the same company name? For example; I go into "Companies" I click on a company name and I can see two contacts I have recently uploaded that fall under the same company name.
Any information on this will be greatly appreciated and if you are able to provide any tutorials/videos and that would be even greater.
