We’ve seen millions of people move into the new Outlook for Windows since our launch, putting it on par for consumer usage with our classic Outlook for Windows app - in a much shorter time. Most people who were using Mail and Calendar have migrated to Outlook for Windows.
...no you haven't. You've forced people to use the new Outlook web app against their will, and you keep forcing that every week over and over again even if they toggle to go back to the old Mail app, completely disregarding even their feedback when they tell you that the app keeps resetting forcing users to loop back through the entire setup, or how you're blocking paid Microsoft 365 Business Basic accounts from using the Outlook app when Mail worked just fine. You keep breaking workflows, force people into the new Outlook, and then act as if that's people "moving" to the new Outlook as if they're happy with that.
