MicrosoftThe far left pane in the main mail view is way too big. Please let me choose which quick action buttons I want to display in the bottom of that pane so that I can shrink the pane and give more room to the actual content of the email. My company is small and I don't need the contacts or the notes (which doesn't even work at the moment). I bet some people don't need the tasks. Right now there's just a ton of blank space in that left pane and I can't shrink it because of the 5 buttons (which have enormous amounts of unchangeable padding between them) at the very bottom. I know I can minimize the entire pane, but I still want to be able to use my inbox categories while reading email. It's so much faster to sort emails that way as opposed to right clicking and moving.
Why can't I use Option to copy calendar events anymore? That was super helpful. Seems like that functionality was just removed and I can't find a way to copy calendar events in the new Outlook.
I love love love having the calendar pane in the main mail view, but the other quality of life changes are just too disruptive. Going back to old outlook until that changes.
