Signing into my Microsoft account has always been a struggle. This dates back to the early days of windows and Microsoft still doesn’t understand the concept. Technical issues like latency is a big issue. One of the more common instances is when Microsoft decides to ask for your password. Sometimes it remembers it and other times it doesn’t. So you establish a new password and Microsoft mail excepts he new password, but it doesn’t work. You have to wait an unspecified amount of time before the server recognizes it. Meanwhile, back on your app., it believes it already has understood the new password, but in reality, it’s still in limbo. Microsoft employees don’t place themselves in the position of the customer; only other MS employees understands the latency issue debacle between the app and the server.
