I have to say that it is very sad that we are being pushed into this course of action. I have been using MS for decades, literally. 

 

It is a shame that a mega large corporation actually builds into its revenue forecasts a percentage of loss due to dissatisfaction. I like to preempt that loss of revenue by trying to keep customers happy.

 

I have been using the emClient for 2 days now and with some tweaking have got it pretty well exactly the way I want it. I love the fact that I can add coloured Icons to each mail account (I have 😎 which allows me to see in All Inboxes mails from accounts that I need to prioritise. That alone for me makes it way better than Outlook. Good luck with your search. There may be other email clients out there and if you find ones that are good, please share.
