@Jessica_Wilczek Outlook is constantly trying to get me to switch to the new version (can't turn that annoying notification off??), yet as far as I know you still don't support the On My Computer folders where I store ALL my email, IMAP, and....where are Notes mentioned?
I use hundreds of Notes in GMail for quick reference which integrate nicely into the native Mac Notes app on the Mac, and it *should* be the easiest thing in the world for Microsoft to import GMail Notes into either One Note, Keep, or preferably the old Outlook Notes so it's integrated seamlessly with all other correspondence. But still Microsoft resists, despite literally thousands of requests I've read on various forums. Pretty much everyone who uses GMail needs to have their Notes in Outlook.
I've just returned to Outlook after leaving many years ago for all things Google, and it's a real disappointment that the old spaghetti code seems to still be in the pot despite all the "new" rewrites of everything to make them pretty with curved corners etc. I need functionality, as do we all.
You're busy, I know, but could you please give me your thoughts on, particularly, the On My Mac folders in the all-new shiny Outlook, and pulling GMail Notes into Outlook or some other integrated product in some way, shape or form. Thank you
