MicrosoftI am saddened by the fact that there are so many bugs and errors in the new Outlook. It seems that we are being used as Beta testers when this product should have been properly tried and tested by Microsoft before release.
There are several major issues that I have in with support.
1. In the accounts box, you cannot edit anything once the email is set up, especially as the account wizard did not use all the information that was put in, ie The Full Name was changed to my email address and now cannot be changed
2. The range of font size for the main display is very limited. I have it on the smallest size and it is still too big.
3. A super big problem is that in both the day view and in the main calendar many items have no description in the calendar event heading. The data is there as when you click on the item it shows the details of the event, but when you look at the week page as an example (and in the side day view, which is essential and to me, the best part of this upgrade) there is just a coloured bar with nothing written in it.
This could be a great upgrade, it is such a shame that MS has released this with so many bugs and errors. This surely is a very short-sighted approach to annoy the user base but not having tested it properly.
