I want to add something here:
I hoinestly am upset. Look, I am paying for this producxt on a regular basis, as I booked Microsoft services.
So I am not an occasional visitor in a restaurant, that MUST take what is offered.
From this perspective I am upset, noone really asks ME, which functionalitly is needed and which one I would NOT miss.
Second is, that I ffell the decisiosnmakers are far away from reality.
Example:
I have booked exchange service with many many GB.
BUT ... a enigenner decides, my Outlook on iPad should only be able to READ, STORE, RETRIEVE the last 4 weeks or max 1000 mails.
Instead programming an option I CAN SWITCH on or OFF, someone decides on MY BEHALF, I do not NEED to read any of my OLD mails.
That is more than supersilly.
When complaining, I am told OI NEED TO PLACE A FEATURE REQUEST to maybe once again become able to use my iPad to retrieve old mails.
WHERE DO WE LIVE????
the sam now with outlook in Mac. MANY IMPORTANT functionalities do disappear.
PLS fire the Decision making team and START ASKING YOUR CUSTOMERS .. yes, the word is CUSTOMERS.
