Jessica_Wilczek i've just received the update today and do like the new UI it's very clean. I am very confused by the loss of task management as part of outlook however...the advice is to use "to-do" while you work on adding this functionality to outlook for mac...i've tried it and it's horrifically inefficient having to switch to a new browser window, i asked for tasks to be created from flagged emails which was confirmed...then the list remained empty even after marking additional flagged emails in my inbox, i attempted to add a task to "my day" and when navigating to view my day...i was presented with a blank screen and nothing happened i simply had to go back. At this point i've given up, it's not a way i can work effectively i'm afraid.
The big question i have is when will tasks be added to this new outlook for mac? I have reviewed your roadmap which you directed other users in this forum to for all items on outlook for mac platform and i see no mention of this work at all? Hopefully i've missed something obvious and it's just around the corner? If not...may i ask how long will you be supporting the old version of outlook for mac before it is sunset and we are forced to use this new interface?
