@Jessica_Wilczek Thanks for answering some of the questions above. I have had Outlook for Mac for a number of years to keep all of my emails in one place. I have an Outlook university email, a gmail for some professional work and an icloud (me.com) email for personal use that I have had for years.
I have had challenges with the old Outlook in making folders for my gmail which is problematic. I have talked with the Microsoft 365 folks who say there is no way to do this with gmail within the Outlook platform. Apparently Google and Microsoft have challenges working together.
I was offered the new Outlook this morning and after reading a bit, I clicked to try it. The only emails that came over were my Outlook university account and gmail. When I tried to add the me.com email it said it isn't supported. I see that those features will be released in November so until that time, I cannot switch and it appears many others here can't either. Back to the old Outlook until these issues are resolved.
