Though it does seem like contributing on there might be a bit of a fool's errand - I note that there are 5000+ total user contributions, of which only 15 have received any kind of official response from Microsoft; and, of those, only one or two actually say anything other than "thanks for your feedback"...
Agree - the time invested entering suggestions into https://onedrive.uservoice.com/ also resulted in nothing happening, and I see from a quick search of the replacement https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/forum/e3f04660-2c1c-ec11-b6e7-0022481f8472 that they were not migrated from the old system to the new. Probably if you're not a big $$$ corporate customer the feedback goes straight in the shredder regardless of how valuable the suggestions could be to improving OneDrive.
