All of this looks great, with the exception of "for you".
Here's the thing, and please listen carefully and clearly because this is amazingly prevalent across a huge amount of Microsoft products: You have the space for "For You" that has literally 4 options there. it's impossible from a business perspective to use this as workflow, because there is never a guarantee that a document you need to work on is present there, and this takes up a huge amount of space. Just like the start menu for Windows 11, just like many other options across MS products, I want to get to the document I want to work on, not make broad assumptions that it might possibly show up in the 4 options for "for you". And this doesn't mean to EXPAND this option, like the start menu on Windows 11 -- make it an option to not exist at all and make that space available for workflow.
I see an extremely hyper-fixation on expressing AI "results" in workflow spaces that force this visibility, and the reality is that having more room for functional tangible processes is more beneficial than this incredible reliance on AI for minimal results.
The UI needs to allow the option for AI results and not force them in lieu of actual workflow options. In the pictures above, "For You" just eats away at functional space. It's an annoying design decision, that takes away from functional workflow.
