A common issue it that people share a file when the folder should have been shared. Sometimes, the right action is that the new user should have been added as a member of the group / site. This results in a lot of broken inhertance because they realize afterward the sharing should have been done higher and very few person take the time to fix this.
I think this is an interesting point Benoit_Fournier, given the change in links being provided should be quite clean, there will be lots of additional/other links out there that are no longer needed from what I am reading. Perhaps even some where oversharing has occurred. It would be great when this is released StephenRice that some guidance on best practice for handling this is given at the same time.
