Hi Ketaki Sheode, thanks for your reply, well yes it would be nice for users to know that kind of information. Regarding my case it seems it's not related that, the same files on different accounts have diferent behaviours, l tested this on 4 onedrive consumer accounts, lets say A B C and D, I shared my photos with 4 persons and they uploaded them to their cloud and shared their folders with me, coming up to the following results;
A is able to preview all files no problem at all.
B and C can preview some files, lets imagine B can preview file 123 but C doesn't although B previews file 124 and C doesn't, you get the ideia.
D (my account) shows no preview at all.
So with this logic, since all 4 accounts are onedrive consumer all should work the same, but they don't. I have opened a ticket and im waiting for an answer from the support team, wish me luck! Thanks again!
