This is unbelievable! Microsoft just destroyed OneDrive, a good and reliable service, in one single move.
This is something that is near hacker practice, not a huge corporation practice. Just had +300GB of critical work of our company, work of our paying clients, simply wipeout of our computers with no consent at all!
What were you thinking!? How can a company like Microsoft would even remotely believe that is would be OK! The files are owned by the users, not by Microsoft!
Working with files exclusively online is not feasible for us and might not be for several other people and companies. But not to worry, Microsoft knows what’s best for all of us and doesn’t even bother to ask!
How can we trust a company that has these practices?
OneDrive has become “ransomware”! Moving out of it as soon as we can “rescue” our files, which will consume 2 or 3 days.
