This is the ABSOLUTE worse software update i have ever witnessed in my life. MS just decided that it is perfectly fine to delete over 2TB of local OneDrive files from my disk with NO PERMISSION and NO WARNING. What an absolute disgrace. Are we just f***ing expected to spend 2 weeks re-downloading our own files?? even if we could do that the "always keep on this device" feature just flat our does not work!! even after selecting multiple folders or files to be stored locally they are not downloaded at all even after letting OneDrive process for several hours. Regardless of what folder you specify to download the OneDirve client just says that it is up to date.
How the F**ck did anyone sign of on this update? Absolute stupidity and incompetence. You expect your enterprise customers to pay thousands of dollars a month for this type of disgraceful service?? I am seriously considering moving our whole company to another cloud provider, this is unforgivable. I am going to write to all the major tech outlets to cover this story. Whatever team is responsible for this at MS needs to be fired on the spot. Incompetence of spectacular proportions!
