I am wondering what will happen when MacOS 12.3 is released, because it will have other changes that will impact OneDrive. See https://www.macrumors.com/2022/01/25/macos-12-3-cloud-storage-changes/ from MacRumors. Here are two quotes from the article:
"Dropbox today announced that users who update to macOS 12.3 once that software version becomes available may temporarily encounter issues with opening online-only files in some third-party apps on their Mac."
OneDrive is now online-only. So it could be really bad.
"Microsoft said OneDrive will be getting a new online-only files experience that is "more integrated with macOS" and "will have long-term support from Apple," adding that the current version is built on several technologies that are 'now deprecated.'"
Is anyone here using the MacOS 12.3 Beta? What is happening?
