I just don't get it.
I have a Windows 11 machine, a Macbook, a couple of Windows 10 boxes, and even a handful of small Linux boxes, and I swap between them throughout each day. My machines are full of design and development assets, numbering in the tens of thousands. Why on earth would I want all of that to live only in the cloud? That's killed my ability to preview simple things like .svg (vector graphics) without sitting waiting for a "Always Keep on this device" instruction to actually work.
This change has totally killed my workflow, and offers me not one single benefit.
Please at least give me the ability to turn this off and keep my files locally by default. I really don't want to have to move back to Dropbox, but at least that was always reliable in the days before OneDrive became the better choice.
