ShawnR - did you get this resolved? The Merge & Split buttons have disappeared from OneDrive and SharePoint in our tenant.

When I looked this morning, the Merge & Split buttons are again available in a couple SharePoint sites of ours, but I haven't seen them reappear in OneDrive. It's possible another update is rolling out.
