Do one better with OneDrive and Surface Duo- modern productivity on the go

there is a capability which i would like the surface duo 2 to have. i thought i would explain it and see if it is realistic.

i have a need to take many videos, related to dance, and categorize them by group. currently i use my samsung android phone. all pics/vids automatically sync to skydrive camera roll. i do organize the vids by category in albums in the gallery app on the samsung phone. of course these are unrelated to onedrive folders. the problems are: first, periodically i need to connect my phone to PC to move the video albums to onedrive folders to which i give corresponding names, in order to free phone storage and for security.   second, the vids and pics already synced to skydrive camera roll so i am duplicating content in onedrive and wasting storage space. 

i would like duo2 to be able to have folders in the camera app that are in fact onedrive folders, like the folders kept offline on pc, so that when i move videos into correct folder on the duo2, i am simultaneously organizing my onedrive content, without unneeded duplication. is this possible?

in addition, the gallery in samsung allows fine control of slow motion replay of vids. this is essential. this is something i would want in the vids in onedrive folders in my fanstasy duo2.
