Hi,

As Office 2016/2019 end why is it working in full capacity, after we've told our customers to upgrade to the new version Office 2021 or 2024

because its still working our clients thought we are lying and trying to look for a way to get money out of them and remember we have announced to them 

to get ready for the new version base on your notice.

For somebody like me have stop selling license to them my (Clients) the previous one that i told them that it will end is still working am now a Lier to them.
