You can now do more with Microsoft Bookings

We have a requirement which may or may not be feasible. What would be really useful to us is a delivery / goods receipt booking calendar for our warehouse. We don't tend to book in timed slots and our capacity determines the number of deliveries we can take. We have a limit to the number of pallets we can receive. What would be amazing is to be able to book appointments from Suppliers rather than Customers, but also specifying number of pallets or units on each booking (custom field), but to be able to use that custom field to calculate a running total for the day and to specify the maximum total of that custom field that can be booked in a day. Preventing a booking if it takes it over that limit. It would also be great if someone in the organisation wanted to be notified when the delivery had arrived to either add a note to the booking, or to be able to mark the booking as complete and then a notification can be sent to that person. Also to be able to customise what information is shown on the calendar in each booking, i.e custom fields, would be very helpful.
