Thank you for your thoughts. I think a duplicate service might result in ‘chaos’ and potentially duplicate slot bookings. Also it could potentially mean a double slot remaining empty. What I could take from your idea would be if I could sub link the two services and only point users to one or the other (however might run risk of the single slot then getting booked separately and perhaps needing manually closed off). Users can of course just manually book two slots but means they have to enter details twice and would get two individual booking reminders.
Stuff to think about and maybe a Power Automate solution in there somewhere!
