Why can't the personal booking page include more info about the appointment? All it shows is what can be seen in the bookings card, which is truncated if the text info about the appointment is more than a sentence or two. There should be an option to expand the appointment details (at the very least) or the card should auto-expand to show the full text if the appointment type is selected. This should support formatted text as well. Making everything appear just like I have written in this comment, in one rambling and unformatted paragraph that is difficult to read because it is long and rambling with no breaks to assist the reader to know when to break the sentence or if the matter currently being written about is related to the last and whether emphasis should be added to an important work because there is no ability to add formatting such as bold.
Customers who use the booking page can see the full text of the booking card AFTER they have made the appointment. I suggest that there should be two fields added:
Pre-booking message- to contain the info we want to be displayed on the booking page, including links if applicable.
Confirmation message- to contain the info we want to provide once the booking has been made, which should also be included in the confirmation email to the customer who booked the appointment.
