I've spent several hours today trying to make this work, as the instructions weren't very clear to me. Here's how to create a group that only shows available times when everyone in the list, or the members you select, can meet:
From the main Bookings page, create a new Shared Bookings page or use an existing one.
Select any Shared Bookings page you have created (it doesn't matter which one).
Navigate to the "Services" section on the left, add a new service, and then add your team members individually. Be sure to check the box next to each name to move them to the "Assigned Staff" group box on the right.
4. Add any custom fields and notifications and Save or Save changes
To send the Bookings email to the recipient for them to choose a time that fits their schedule and all of your team, select the Service name that has the list of employees to be included and copy the link under the Service booking page in the right pane
The recipient will now see only the available times when all selected members of the Assigned Staff group from step 3 can meet. Please note that some days will appear unavailable because not everyone can meet simultaneously, and on some days, only a few time slots may be available.
