Microsoft has released a free Copilot Chat learning pathway that helps users quickly build practical, everyday skills using Copilot Chat already built into Microsoft 365 apps. Even better, Copilot Chat is now available to users without a paid Microsoft 365 license, making this learning opportunity widely accessible.

In under an hour, you’ll learn how to:

  • Write clearer, more effective prompts
  • Refine Copilot responses for better results
  • Use Copilot Chat for real work—summarizing, drafting, brainstorming, and planning

It’s a quick, hands‑on way to boost productivity and help teams feel confident using AI in the tools they already know.

👉 Check out the learning pathway and the original LinkedIn post here.

This is a thoughtful approach to getting more value from tools already available. Nonprofits often have to watch every pound quite carefully. Showing practical ways to extend existing technology is therefore especially welcome. I like the emphasis on working smarter rather than simply buying more. That feels refreshingly grounded.
