The MVP Global Skills initiative started with the Canadian & American (CanAm) regional team and expanded in 2024 to include all Microsoft MVPs and, Regional Directors. The goal of the initiative is to strengthen connections by showcasing MVP expertise and providing practical resources to improve communication, emotional intelligence, and respectful engagement—amplified by globally representative speakers.
