Matteo Pagani , I found this article very intresting and helpful. I have replicated the solution however I am getting 403-forbidden error, while sending request to learningContent endpoints, both from postman and through code (functionApp and Blazer serverApp).

I have tried for both delegation permissions and application permissions (logged in user flow and client credential flow) but no luck, I wonder if learningContent endpoints is having issues ?
