Packaging a .NET Core 3.0 application with MSIX

Hi, the MSIX packaging is achieved through a dedicated project, the Windows Application Packaging Project. It isn't a built-in feature of .NET Core, so you can't do the packaging through the dotnet CLI. You will need MS Build to obtain a MSIX package as part of your CI/CD pipeline.
