We are on GCC premium Teams and don't have copilot. We do have "recap" in Teams (which is a straight transcription), but not "intelligent recap" (the automated summarization). Is Copilot a requirement to have "intelligent recap" function?  We know that Copilot will not be released for GCC until summer of 2024. Does that mean we will not have "intelligent recap" until Copilot is released for GCC? We are just trying to figure out if we should expect to see Intelligent Recap now with our Teams Premium license (for GCC) or if we need to wait until Copilot is launched for GCC. TIA!
