Windows 11 WHCP Delivers Consistent Performance Across Every Port
Updated May 29, 2025
Version 1.0This move is very much appreciated, but what happens when a USB-C port is found to not be compliant with the requirements? Does the OEM just not get to use the label, or are there some more direct consequences, like a warning inside Windows when a device is connected? There need to be some actual teeth for non-compliance.
