Where can we get a list of devices that are no longer supported under the new licensing structure?
It was only after opening a ticket with support once the license had been changed that we were informed we would have to purchase all new conference room phones.
We're now working with all of our clients to ensure they are up to date but we're apprehensive about just assigning their rooms new licenses as we're not sure what devices will continue working and which will not.
Not happy that we're having to tell clients to purchase new devices (in some cases only a few short months after they purchased them) when companies like Poly still list the Trio 8300 device as a "Teams certified device" on their website when in actuality it hasn't been supported for awhile now.
