We're seeing inconsistent behavior with the migration of Logitech devices, specifically regarding automatic sign-ins after a reboot.

We pushed the CollabOS version 1.14.366 update via Logitech Sync to four devices, following the available guides:

  • On the first device, the Rally Bar signed in automatically, but the Tap IP did not.
  • The second device migration was completed successfully.
  • On the third device, the Tap IP signed in automatically, but the Rally Bar did not.
  • On the fourth device, neither the Rally Bar nor the Tap IP signed in automatically.

All devices were on the same firmware version. In Intune, they are migrated to AOSP and marked as compliant. The only inconsistency we're experiencing is with the automatic sign-ins.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

    I don't even see the updates available in Teams Admin center nor Logitech sync for this update. Did you have to do anything to get it to appear? What region are you in? North America or EU or Asia, etc?

      Following recent MS announcement (May 15th automatic updates) I had impression new firmware would start appearing past this date in TAC.
      Nothing like it happened, so I followed more closely Logitech's KB on AOSP topic at
      https://hub.sync.logitech.com/collabosguides/post/aosp-device-management-migration-for-teams-rooms-on-android---early-preview-ycz4EHSn46bpIab
      and bingo - moved the room to Beta channel and got AOSP firmware available straight away:
