We have created the AOSP Policy in our PoC lab Tennant.
- MDM Authority is set to Intune;
- Created AOSP Android Enrollment policy.
- Our configuration disables Bluetooth and block Bluetooth configuration;
- Our compliance policy that checks whether the device is rooted or not, and Minimum OS version = 10.
We have a CCX400 and Trio C60 handsets which are on firmware v9.1.0.9161 (AOSP version), Teams 1449/1.0.94.2025084203, Microsoft Intune 24.09.1.
If we login the phone using device login method, and enter the code, the phone's screen revert back to the refresh code. However, if we sign-in using: 'Sign in on this device' at the bottom of the screen and enter the email address, it goes to the Auth on your mobile and then sign-in to Teams.
Company Portal was working with device login method.
What might have caused for the device login method to fail?
