Hi ctruong read "Why is sign-in failing using microsoft.com/devicelogin (Device Code Flow (DCF))?" from this blog. If your account use MFA to login, microsoft.com/devicelogin is no longer supported for personal devices. You have to logon direct on the phone and the MFA popup should appear on the phone!

Thanks for pointing that out. I wonder if this is due to the reports of attackers abusing device code flow to trick users into entering their MFA credentials remotely into attacker-controlled devices.
