MicrosoftWe have deployed the 9.1.0.9161 firmware to over 400 CCX 500's. The only issue I am having is now a message appears every few minutes stating "File was not present on the server". It isn't affecting the phone's features at all but is freaking out my users and I've been overrun with complaints. If I understand correctly, its looking for a file server to pull down a configuration file for provisioning. Since the phone is in Teams mode, it shouldn't be looking for a file server and I don't know how to turn the message off. The message goes away on some phones after a hard reboot but on others, a reboot has no effect and the message returns. Is anyone else experiencing this?
It looks like this "Error message "File was not present on the server" appeared on screen every 30 seconds." is listed as fixed in the CCX 9.1.1 firmware.

Fixed in PVOS 9.1.1 https://docs.poly.com/bundle/pvos-rn-9.1-top/page/resolved-issues-pvos-9.1.1.html This can be deployed via Poly Lens or checking for updates locally on the device web ui. I haven't seen this version teams admin center yet.
not an answer, just a similar experience.
I saw this message in the logs of the CCX phones I tested with.
The Phones that are impacted in my environment have not previously been enrolled into Intune. They only appear in TAC. I did not see a popup message to the user screen at the time of testing! It has not changed the CCX phone capabilities.
When my test phones are enrolled with Android device manager & TAC, it migrates smoothly to AOSP. When it is enrolled only in TAC it fails. I have not yet found a way to move these failed CCX phones into Intune with AOSP. I too suspect that this error message is a HINT or is part of the issue. I don't have access to support with Poly to check my theory with Poly.
